Spicy Citrus Marinade For Chicken
Marinades can be made out of a variety of ingredients, this spicy citrus marinade gives chicken a unique and delicious flavor. When you marinate meat it is best to leave it in the marinade for a minimum of eight hours to get the best flavor, the easiest way is to leave it to marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
Ingredients
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons Watkins grapeseed oil
1/4 teaspoon Watkins sage
1/2 teaspoon Watkins ginger
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon Watkins garlic, minced or granules
1/2 - 1 teaspoon Watkins Calypso Hot Pepper Sauce
4 lbs. chicken, cut into parts
Directions: Combine all ingredients and then pour over chicken parts that has been placed in a large zip-top bag or a container with a tight fitting lid. To cook chicken, broil or grill until thoroughly cooked.
