Ham And Pineapple Baked Beans

This ham and pineapple baked beans is super quick and easy to make. It's great for barbecues with hot dogs, hamburgers, or a side salad and for bringing to a potluck dinner. In fact the first time I had this was at a potluck,  the cook kindly shared the recipe with me.

2 cans pork and beans
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
1 large onion, diced
1 cup ham , cubed
1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
2 Tbsp. vinegar
3 Tbsp. soy sauce

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 35 minutes, stirring once or twice during baking time. Serve piping hot.
